Start with the file
Almost every install failure traces back to the APK file itself. Open your Downloads folder and check the size: it must read 9.1 MB. Anything smaller means the download was interrupted, and Android will refuse it. Delete the short file and download again from the Yacine TV Black download page.
App not installed error
This is the classic signature conflict. If any older copy of the app (or a differently signed build) is on the phone, Android blocks the new install. Uninstall the old copy completely, restart the phone, then install the fresh APK. Also free up at least 50 MB of storage; a full phone fails installs silently.
Parse error
A parse error means Android cannot read the package, which almost always means a corrupt or partial download. Re-download the file and confirm the size before opening it. If you transferred the APK from another device, copy it again; Bluetooth and some chat apps truncate files. The install guide shows the clean process from scratch.
Blocked by Play Protect
Play Protect flags every APK installed outside the Play Store. Tap More details, then Install anyway. The file published here is scanned before the download button goes live, which the safety breakdown explains in full.
Still stuck
Check the permissions guide if the failure happens at the permission step, or write to us with your phone model and Android version and we will help you through it.
