Force stop and clear cache
Open Android Settings, go to Apps, find the app, and tap Force stop. Then tap Storage and Clear cache (not Clear data yet). Open the app again. This fixes the majority of stuck-on-logo cases, which are usually a corrupted cache from an interrupted stream.
Restart the phone
If the cache clear did not help, restart the phone. It sounds too simple, but a restart clears the app's stuck background processes and frees the memory a stream was holding. Try the app once more after the reboot.
Reinstall clean
Still crashing on launch? Uninstall the app completely, restart the phone, then install the APK fresh from the Yacine TV Black download page. A clean install replaces any damaged files the cache clear could not reach. The crashing fix guide covers the deeper cases.
Check storage and Android version
Make sure the phone has free space (a completely full phone kills apps at launch) and runs Android 5.0 or newer. If the app opens but streams will not play, the buffering guide is the next stop. On phones stuck on old Android versions, the app still installs but some newer stream formats may not play; in that case the lowest quality setting is your best friend.
